FXStabilizer Review and Explanation
FXStabilizer is a martingale EA.
If you are interested in forex auto trading, you may have heard the EA’s name once.
The results released on Myfxbook have been very stable, so I think many people are considering purchasing.
As the results prove, I think this EA is a good EA.
However, it is better to use it after understanding the risk.
Forex trading itself is high risk. So risk is inevitable when trading. However, there are many types of risks.
The martingale EA seems to give very stable results.
However, there is a risk that relatively large loss will occur if the market continues to move in one direction.
Purchase pattern and settings of FXStabilizer
There are four options when purchasing FXStabilizer.
AUDUSD and EURUSD versions can only use one currency pair.
ULTIMATE version is available in 6 currency pairs, and PRO version is available in 8 currency pairs.
The more currency pairs available, the higher the price.
FXStabilizer can select two modes, Durable mode and Turbo mode, for AUDUSD and EURUSD currency pairs.
Live Performance of FXStabilizer
Vendor Disclosure Results and Transaction Analysis
Live performance of six accounts per pattern (AUDUSD ver, EURUSD ver, ULTIMATE ver, PRO ver), mode (Durable, Turbo) is published in myfxbook.
Excellent results have been obtained except that relatively large drawdowns have occurred in the PRO ver and ULTIMATE ver.
None of the EAs published on Myfxbook have been stable for longer than this EA.
If look at this result, everyone will want to use it.
However, I am concerned that the monthly profit rate is decreasing year by year.
For example, the transition of monthly profit rates from April 2016 in EURUSD-Turbo mode is as follows.
|Year||Average monthly profit
As above table, monthly profit rate is decreasing year by year, and it is a low number around 1% recently.
The reason for the decrease in monthly profit rate is that the account balance has increased but the trading lot has not been raised.
As I wrote at the beginning, Martingale is the basic strategy of this EA.
If check the transaction history, the lot size doubles, doubles, doubles,… as the equity drawdown increases.
I do not think that martingale itself is bad at all.
Depending on how it is used, I think it is method that can be expected to make a big profit.
Especially because this EA has good backtest and forward test results, I think that the initial entry point and the interval between each position are well calculated.
However, there is no doubt that martingale is high risk-high return method that can cause large losses in an instant.
Even if equity drawdown occurs, the lot size will be doubled, so even small price reversal will lead to profit.
Therefore, there are people who think that it is stable EA.
However, if you use this EA, you should be prepared for “Suddenly loss may occur”.
※You can set maximum drawdown percentage by parameter.

While vendor’s results are very stable, general purchaser’s results are not good.
The four accounts are either big losses or destroyed.
Why are vendor’s result and purchaser’s forward results significantly different?
If there is such a difference in the results, vendor’s fraud will be suspected.
However, looking at the transaction history of purchaser, it seems that the cause of bankruptcy of account is that it was operated with different setting from the manual.
For example, deposit amount may be too low, or the EA may be operated on non-USD account such as JPY or EUR.
This EA requires deposit of at least 1000USD.
In addition, accounts of currencies other than USD are dangerous because lot calculations may go wrong.
The results of these general purchaser are not the ones in the correct operating environment.
So it’s a mistake to decide that the vendor’s publishing results are fraudulent
Parameter Settings and Trading Environment of FXStabilizer
The parameter settings of FXStabilizer are not complicated.
There is little customization of transactions, and the recommended settings are written in the manual. So there is no need to bother with the settings.
The recommended leverage is 1:200 to 1:1000.
Choosing a broker with leverage of 1:200 or more is a must.
If leverage is too low, forced position closing occurs more quickly. It will erase the good side of this EA.
In addition, since lot calculation does not go well with accounts other than USD, it must be operated with USD account.
As I say many times, because it is a typical martingale EA, it should be used after being aware of Risk of sudden large loss.
On the other hand, vendor accounts have not collapsed since 2016 and equity drawdowns are also small.
Among the martingale EAs it is a very good EA so far.
It may be better to use it after deciding your own rules.
For example, when the account balance becomes several times, you withdraw the profit and eliminate the possibility of total loss, or withdraw the profit at a certain rate every month.
However, I think that it is better to refrain from putting a large amount of money, thinking that it is stable and not losing EA by the public results of myfxbook.
Risk needs to be understood, but overall I think it is a good EA.
Using a broker’s deposit bonus is an effective way to withstand the floating losses of Martingale EA.
However, it should be noted that the deposit bonus of most brokers is counted only in the “how big position you can have” part, and the bonus will disappear if you lose more than the deposit amount It has become. That is, the bonus cannot endure the floating loss.
On the other hand, the deposit bonus of the XM standard account is designed to cover floating losses. This is a considerable advantage.
Account opening $ 30 bonus, double deposit up to $ 500, 20% bonus above $ 500 (up to $ 5000). This is in very good condition.
